Ben, now I'm trying to recreate the Windows service and I run
wasservicehelper.bat and see this message:

c:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\webchatSTPPNProfile1\bin>wasservicehelper.ba
t

*** WASService.exe not found in <WebSphere_AppServer_root>\bin directory ***
WASServiceCmd must be run from the same location e.g. C:\WebSphere\AppServer\bin


Note: WASServiceCmd uses "WASService.exe" shipped with WebSphere to create a Wi
ndows service
